Venkatesh Patrachari

Chairman and President of the Board of Directors

Mr. Patrachari became Executive Chairman of the Board in September 2023 after having served as a Director since April 2022. Mr. Patrachari possesses extensive expertise in IT infrastructure and software processes gained through over three decades of experience from organizations including Microsoft, AT&T and Solaris. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from RVCE, India and a Degree in Computer Science Engineering from New York Institute of Technology.

Eleonora Ramondetti

Chief Executive Officer, Secretary & Director

Ms. Ramondetti has been instrumental in Ealixir’s growth since the Company’s inception in 2018. She became Chief Executive Officer, Secretary & Director in September 2023 after having previously held key roles of Chief Operating Officer, Project Manager, Technical Advisor and Communications Specialist. She has been critical in implementing key corporate processes and fostering the successful growth of Ealixir’s platform.

Prior to Ealixir, Ms. Ramondetti gained significant experience in corporate communications across diverse sectors. She holds a Degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Turin.

Mark Corrao

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Corrao became Chief Financial Officer of Ealixir in January 2024. He holds over 40 years of experience in the public accounting arena, with significant senior financial leadership, audit and management experience, working at publicly traded companies including Neuropathix, KannaLife Sciences, Amesite and Generex Biotechnology Corp, and organizations such as The CFO Squad, Brain Scientific, Success Holdings Group International, The Mariner Group, Business Efficiency Experts and Applied Digital Solutions. Mr. Corrao also previously founded Strikeforce Technology and was a co-founder of Advanced Communications Sciences. Mr. Corrao began his career on Wall Street after having received his Bachelor’s Degree from The City University of New York.
